Michael Galster

 

Michael Galster, a German-national and management consultant, is owner of HLP Galster Milano. He has been specialising in organisations and change management for nearly twenty years.  In the recent years his interests and consulting assignments have focused on re-orienting companies and management along their business-core strategies and objectives, mainly via process re-designing and governance. Many projects he worked on involved industrial reconversions. Used to work in multicultural contexts and across different countries, he optimises cultural differences and working approach.

Methodologically, he is used to apply the EFQM Business Excellence approach.

 

He achieved a Master degree in Political Economics at the Berlin University.

 

He started his career as a consultant in 1991 at Innova Skills in Milan/Italy, at the time a company of the German Roland Berger consultancy group.

 

He was also a Purchase Manager in the international Buying Office of a consumer good company and teacher of German Economical and Business language at the Bocconi University in Milan.

Ernesto Acanfora

 

Ernesto Acanfora, Certification specialist in the HLP Galster Milano Team, has achieved an extended experience in auditing systems, processes and products. He supports organizations preparing the achievement of certifications, such as ISO 9001, 17067 etc.,  and trains people of those organizations. He looks back on more than 20 years of activity as a production technical at the Montedison Group.

The Focus of his activity lies in supporting organizations and people on their way to continuous improvement and to the achievement of the related certifications through a third party body.

After his activity in chemical industry he has achieved professional experience in a cross sector dimension.

For more than 10 years he was Auditor of Certiquality s.r.l. and Accredia.


Other activities

  • Ernesto Acanfora has contributed on behalf of Certiquality s.r.l. to the definition of a certifiable standard for Work Family Balance Management Systems  (Regulatory Document Certiquality - AICQ DT 68 -2012).
  • He is System Auditor certified with the number 133 at the AICQ SICEV list (Italian Society for Quality Management).


 


Gianfranco Aurisicchio


 


Gianfranco Aurisicchio is an Italian management consultant and entrepreneur with an extensive business experience abroad. He worked for many consultancies, among others Booz & Co and Accenture, both in Italy and in the United States, where he lived for three years, mainly on new ventures, e-commerce and marketing projects. Thanks to his entrepreneurial experience, he combines a rigorous economic and analytical vision with an hands-on, bottom-line approach.


He has been working in consulting projects in the financial services, telecom and luxury goods industries. Recently, he is launching an entrepreneurial venture into the hospitality business, with a luxury relais.


Recently he has joint the HLP Galster consulting firm as Marketing and New Ventures expert.


Used to work into multicultural environments and on international projects, he is keen on leveraging cultural differences. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian, of course.


 


Gianfranco gained a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University (Evanston, USA) and a honour degree in International Economics from Bocconi University.


 


Paolo Pinna



Paolo Pinna is an Italian management consultant with an extensive experience achieved directly in management functions and as consultant in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Human Resources as well. In the last years he has been specialising in supporting organisations, managers and employees to develop their competencies to enhance processes. He is used to work in heterogeneously composed competitive teams and to focus their members on commune values. From a methodological point of view he is used to apply to the  Marketing school of Porter, to Tanaka, Takeuchi and Watzlawick as far as it regards organizational chance processes.


 


He is a certified Master Trainer in the areas of Sales Skills and Leadership.


 


He achieved a Master degree in Philosophy at the Genoa University.


 


He started his consultancy career in 1990 at ISVOR FIAT in Marentino as a trainer and teacher in Marketing and General Management courses for FIAT managers.


 


Before he was a manager in different logistic companies.

Frank Münsterer
  


  


Dr. Frank Münsterer, management consultant and university teacher, is specialized in controlling, financial and management accounting, marketing, corporate finance and logistics.


He achieved a master degree in political economics at the Ludwig – Maximilians – University in Munich (Germany) and graduated to a Dr. soc. oec. at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria). In the follow he worked in an international tax and accountant company. Further he is listed as an accredited management consultant of the coaching pool of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW– Bankengroup) in Frankfurt (Germany).


 


Other activities:


  • Author of numerous economic scientific and educational literature (for example: for the Private University of Applied Sciences, Göttingen, and for the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Frankfurt)
  • University teaching and training at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, in Vienna and in Northern Hessen (Campus Munich).
